I didn’t receive a verification code
Check spam or junk mail, confirm the address is correct, then use Resend Code in the app after the cooldown finishes. Codes come from 5Q at the 5q.io domain.
A video won’t upload or play
Keep 5Q open long enough to begin the upload, confirm your internet connection, and try again. If the problem continues, tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, and the approximate time of the failure.
Contact matches look incomplete
In iPhone Settings, check whether 5Q has full or limited Contacts access. With limited access, only the contacts you selected are checked for possible matches.
Delete my account or data
Email support@5q.io from the address on your 5Q account. We may ask you to confirm ownership before completing the request.
